Choosing the right Disco for your event, can be quite a tricky business, with everyone promising to provide exactly what you need. In order to make your decision less of a gamble we provide a good selection of feedback received from previously satisfied clients. We are also recommended by many of the better local hotels, venues and wedding suppliers, many of whom are willing to vouch for our credentials.
This year we have three Weddings booked for the sisters of previously satisfied Brides!
We now send out an evaluation form to Wedding clients to enable them to feedback to us how we are doing, these will be added, warts and all as they are received. Just click on the button below!

"Andrew and I wanted to thank you for making our wedding reception at Parkfields Country House such a fantastic occasion. Making arrangements from Australia for your involvement couldn't have been easier. Following a recommendation from Parkfields and a quick check through your online facility that you were able to offer our Aussie guests some music to make them feel at home we were booked in without any issues.
You were so accommodating with our music choices and we were thrilled to be able to simply send you a list of songs, including some rather obscure Aussie choices, which you easily and happily obtained for us. I know that our Aussie guests were delighted to hear the old favourites! My favourite moment was when the dance floor exploded with the chorus of Johnny Farnham's The Voice- even getting the UK contingent involved!
The dance floor was full all night, with songs for everyone- you picked the crowd with ease- ( and even took requests- Mum was thrilled!) you looked the part and it was great that I didn't even have to think or worry about whether you were there and had everything set up. You were fantastic!

"Fun. Friendly and very accommodating! From the first interview to the end of the reception, I was very glad we met and chose Pete Stead for our wedding. I am an American who was planning our wedding overseas in England, so finding a DJ was a daunting prospect. All of the magazines say that you should ask around, and try to go see the DJ at another event, but as I was living in America this was not possible.
Meeting Pete put my fears to rest, as he was incredibly easy to work with, very knowledgeable of music and had an extensive playlist that allowed him to take a variety of requests while at the reception. He was prompt in responding to my emails, and even willing to use the music that I brought in for the main first dances.
Pete played music to appeal to people ranging in age from 30 to 65 and from multiple genres. He kept everyone happy and in a festive mood.

I would just like to say a big 'thank you' for your fantastic disco at our wedding on 4 November. I'm sorry I've taken a while to email you but we're still enjoying the post-wedding/honeymoon whirlwind and with Christmas too, things have been a little hectic.
We were absolutely delighted with the entertainment you provided for our wedding. We were so impressed with the personal attention you gave to us - from visiting us at home before the wedding to get to know us, to playing the songs we asked you to play (we are sure some djs would have ignored our requests and played what they wanted to play) and then playing other songs which captured our musical tastes and also complemented the songs we had chosen. You were extremely professional on the night, you arrived on time and you were very accommodating in terms of fitting in with our rock n' roll band, buffet and of course, our slightly over-run schedule. When we imagined our wedding, one of our main aims was that it would be a very intimate and personal day. As you know, we are both big rock/metal fans and, whilst we also love other types of music, we wanted our disco to reflect our personalities and the style of our wedding. As soon as we met you, we knew that you would deliver and you did. So many people commented on how great your show was. Our guests knew that we don't 'do' cheesy music and you translated our musical tastes and personalities so well, our guests couldn't believe that we had actually found a dj who would play Metallica and Malmsteen! And we were so impressed with the inflatable guitars, they were great!
There were a number of other things we were particularly impressed with, one being the fact that you remembered that I had told you that my friends and I had danced to a particular song on my hen weekend in Prague. It was a throwaway comment at the time, but I was so impressed when you called all the 'Prague girls' to the dancefloor, because you remembered our conversation and took the time to play that song for us. Also, Jason wrote me a song for the morning of the wedding, and (unknown to us) our best man and bridesmaid asked you to play it straight after our first dance. It was an amazing moment for both of us to dance to a song that Jason had written for me especially for our wedding day and we're still talking about it now - again, you accommodated our friends' request rather than playing to your own agenda, and we are so grateful that you did!
Thank you for a wonderful evening, we had such a great time and it really was a fantastic way to end the best day of our lives!
